The BEST Foundation is announcing the BEST Award 2024 this year in the following categories:

• PhD Prize (€1,000)
• Master's Thesis Prize (€500)

The BEST Awards 2024 are coordinated by the Institute for Inorganic and Materials Chemistry at the University of Cologne.

For the BEST Awards 2024, all thesis works in the fields of chemistry, biology, physics, medicine, and technology submitted officially at a German university from July 1, 2023, onwards qualify. Self-applications are explicitly encouraged.

Dates and Deadlines

• Application deadline: June 30, 2024
• Evaluation process: August 2024
• BEST Award Ceremony: October 2024 at the University of Cologne
